RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

- Return Policy
Return Period: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Return Requirements:
The product must be in its original packaging and with all accessories;
The product must not show signs of damage, use, or modification;
Any gifts or promotional items must be returned.
Non-returnable items:
Clearance items (as specified on the order page);
Items that have exceeded the return period. - Exchange Policy
Exchange Period: If the product has quality defects or shipping damage, you may request an exchange within 7 days.
Exchange Requirements: Clear photos or videos are required as proof, and customer service confirmation is required for acceptance.
Exchanged products must be identical to the original product (model, color, etc.). If out of stock, we will negotiate with you to resolve the issue. - Return and Exchange Process
Contact Customer Service to submit a request;
Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and relevant documentation;
Customer Service will review your request and provide a return address or exchange instructions;
We will process a refund or ship a replacement within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the item. - Shipping Information
Due to quality issues or incorrect shipment: Return shipping is borne by us;
Due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike of the item or ordering the wrong model): Return shipping is borne by the buyer. - Refund Information
Refunds will be made to the original payment method;
It may take 5-10 business days for the bank or payment platform to process the refund;
If a coupon or discount was used, the refund amount will be based on the actual payment amount. - Special Notes
Please confirm with Customer Service before returning an item. Unconfirmed returns may not be processed.
